Secret of Susanna

 A loving wife... a jealous husband... an air of deceit...a carefully guarded secret....  USF Opera Theatre presents Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari's One-Act opera The Secret of Susanna. Returning home one afternoon Count Gil notices the odor of tobacco and imagines that Susanna, his bride of only one month, is carrying on a clandestine affair. Of course she denies everything, but when he leaves again her guilty secret is revealed.  She smokes!
